Author Guidelines

Welcome to Ktrend Journals. We appreciate your interest in publishing with us. To ensure consistency, quality, and efficient processing of manuscripts, all authors must carefully follow the guidelines provided below before submitting their work.

Ktrend Journals publishes peer-reviewed research across multiple disciplines and maintains professional publication standards designed to promote high-quality scholarly communication.

Mandatory Use of Journal Templates

All manuscripts submitted to Ktrend Journals must be prepared using the official journal template.

Authors are required to download the appropriate template from the Submission Page before preparing their manuscripts.

Submissions that do not follow the prescribed template may be returned to authors for correction before entering the review process.

Manuscript Templates

Ktrend Journals uses two different manuscript preparation formats depending on the discipline. Authors must use the correct template for their target journal.

LaTeX Template (Required)

The following journals require manuscripts to be prepared and submitted using the official LaTeX Template because they frequently contain mathematical expressions, formulas, algorithms, scientific notation, and technical equations.

Journals Requiring LaTeX:

For these journals:

  • Manuscripts should be prepared using LaTeX.
  • Mathematical expressions should be properly typeset.
  • Equations must be numbered where appropriate.
  • Figures, tables, and references should follow the journal template.
  • Authors should submit both the PDF and source LaTeX files upon acceptance.

Microsoft Word Template (Required)

The following journals require manuscripts to be prepared using the official Microsoft Word Template.

  • Authors should use the official journal template without modification.
  • Tables, figures, and references should conform to the journal format.

All submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished.

Language

All manuscripts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English.

Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally reviewed before submission.

Manuscript Structure

A standard manuscript should contain:

Title Page

The title page should include:

  • Full article title
  • Full names of all authors
  • Institutional affiliations
  • Corresponding author's email address
  • ORCID ID (where available)

Abstract

The abstract should:

  • Contain between 150 and 300 words
  • Clearly summarize the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
  • Be written as a single paragraph

Keywords

Authors should provide 4–6 keywords that accurately describe the research.

Main Text

The manuscript should normally contain:

  1. Introduction
  2. Literature Review (where applicable)
  3. Materials and Methods / Methodology
  4. Results
  5. Discussion
  6. Conclusion
  7. Acknowledgements (optional)
  8. References

Figures, Tables, and Equations

  • Be numbered consecutively
  • Include descriptive captions
  • Be cited within the text

  • Follow standard scientific notation

References

Authors must ensure that:

  • All references cited in the manuscript appear in the reference list.
  • All references are complete and accurate.
  • DOI numbers are included whenever available.

Citation style depends on the journal's requirements.

Plagiarism and Originality

Strict Anti-Plagiarism Policy

  • Submitted manuscripts must be original.
  • Ktrend Journals maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy and may screen manuscripts using plagiarism detection software.
  • Manuscripts containing plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, falsification, or unethical content may be rejected immediately.

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Publication Fee

Submission of manuscripts is free.

A publication fee of USD $50 applies only after a manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.

Authors should not make payment before receiving an official acceptance notification from the editorial office.
